The Wangsgard Family

Nicky and Genna reached out wanting to do their first ever professional family session and it is still one of the funnest sessions I have ever shot! The twins have such a fun and energetic energy I was laughing the entire session. Sometimes tweens really don’t want to have photos taken which is totally okay, but these two made it so fun and even came up with their own backdrop ideas and poses. I am a desert girl through and through which means bring on all the sunshine and warm weather, however, it was January and CHILLY. My hands were numb and my nose was running but not one time did anyone complain of being cold because it was just THAT fun. I really hope to continue to photograph the Wangsgard family over the years and watch these fun loving and sweet kiddos grow. Remember, photographs don’t have to be overly posed. They can be simple and wild while letting kiddos lead the way. You just might get some epic shots that generate fantastic memories!
