August & Xanthe

August reached out wanting to surprise Xanthe with a session for her 30th birthday and when I found out it was a death of her twenties theme in Vegas… say no more! However, was I nervous as hell for the dark hotel room vibe of a session cause oh dear flash is so intimidating to me. Not only have I not really had the chance to work with it I am very much a hands on learning so reading and watching videos was doing NOTHING to eliminate the STRESS. After approximately 132 texts and a 5 minute demo from my wonderful friend and mentor I was ready to go! Or at the very least with the confidence of “fake it til you make it” and one half glass of wine later we were VIBING! Thankful for these two taking a chance on me because the photos came out the perfect amount of flashy Vegas spice we were going for! Happy 30th Xanthe, cheers to the best decade yet!
