This elopement was special because not only are Sarah and Elizabeth great friends but they were the first to trust me when I embarked on my photography journey. They did a couples session first and when it came time to get married they texted me saying it has to be you! Fun Fact! I am also an officiant so not only did I take their photos but sealed the deal with our good friend Bobby and my wife Katie acting as guests and witnesses. A true micro elopement! The day started at sunrise in Arches National Park. After the ceremony and a couple hours of photos we went back to the airbnb to rest, grab a bite to eat, and grab the doggo, Dexter, for some photos on a beautiful piece of BLM land. For this part of the day we did all their favorite things, including a game of Yahtzee! Then we headed back to the airbnb for more rest and to drop Dexter off to head to Deadhorse State Park for the last series of photos of the day! After we headed to a local brewery for a celebration dinner. It was a long beautiful and loving day with the best people. I was truly honored to capture their day!
